Also, consider that if you buy very cheap furniture it might not last – office furniture tends to get some heavy usage so you’ll want to make sure you’re investing in solid, quality pieces rather than items you’re going to need to replace every few months.

When it comes to creating a happy place to work, it really is the added extras that make all the difference. For example, a break out room where employees can go and relax is a really nice touch and something that the workforce are likely to appreciate. Decent tea and coffee facilities is a must and even toilets should be nice and clean; after all, would you want to go somewhere not up tostandard?
