London might not officially be known as the city that never sleeps, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t packed full of things to see and do. We recently were gifted an experience to try luxury afternoon tea in London from Buy a Gift – and it was incredible, so we wanted to share it with you.
Luxury Afternoon Tea In London
Although we have looked at Buy a Gift before and bought things for friends, it isn’t something that we really considered when doing things for ourselves but actually, they have some great experiences. We decided on our last trip to London that we wanted to try something luxurious and fabulous – and Luxury Afternoon Tea at The Rubens on Buckingham Palace Road did not disappoint!
As you can see from the photos the food was STUNNING – Look at that menu!
However, it was the service that really helped it stand out for us – nothing was too much trouble for any of the people that served us. We wanted drinks that weren’t on the set menu, no problem at all. We even had extra sandwiches and scones before they were so delicious – and then a couple of boxes to be able to take home the cream cakes with us, what an absolute delight. This is one luxury afternoon tea in London that did not disappoint.
We’ve not paid attention to what Buy a Gift actually offers people looking for experiences to try themselves but actually, they have loads to see and do which is amazing! Not only that, but the nature of their website means that you get these things at a discount – and let’s face it, that can only be a good thing!
